Our standard warranty is for a period of 60 days. Our experience has shown that if an odor is to return or if new mold should grow it will happen within that period of time. In that event, we will retreat the property free of charge. We also have an extended warranty that is for a period of one year and requires the property owner to purchase a correctly sized dehumidifier which we provide and install.
The dehumidifier will maintain a dry environment within the property while preventing new mold growth and shield against odor accumulation.
In properties that receive mold treatments we provide a certification of treatment for real estate transactions.
